This white chocolate martini is a creamy, fruity, pink cocktail that is perfect for celebrating with your better half or your Galentine’s Day crew. Three ingredients combine to make a well-balanced, tart, and tangy treat that makes a lovely after-dinner cocktail.
With Valentine’s Day coming up this weekend, why not make a day of it? Maybe a morning hike. Take in a great movie, followed by a light lunch. Then a beautiful dinner followed by a dessert nightcap. A raspberry white chocolate martini is one of my favorites to share with my handsome husband.
We plan on staying home for dinner this year, and the menu includes Luxurious Crab Bisque, Surf and Turf, and Lemon Parmesan Roasted Asparagus. The meal is way easier than it sounds. Finish the night with a white chocolate raspberry martini and maybe a piece of dark chocolate.
Making a martini is very simple.

This white chocolate martini is a creamy, fruity, pink cocktail that is perfect for celebrating with your better half or your Galentine’s Day crew. Three ingredients combine to make a well-balanced, tart, and tangy treat that makes a lovely after-dinner cocktail.
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur (I used Godiva)
1 ounce Raspberry vodka (I used Pinnacle)
1 ounce half and half
Ice
Fresh raspberries, white chocolate shavings, or heart-shaped marshmallows, for garnish
Rim a martini glass with water, raspberry juice, or raspberry vodka.
Dip the rim of the glass into a saucer with red and white coarse sugar.
Place the glass in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the white chocolate liqueur, raspberry vodka, and half-and-half.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is icy cold.
Strain the cocktail into the frosted martini glass.
Garnish with a few fresh raspberries threaded onto a cocktail pick, shaved white chocolate, or a couple of heart-shaped marshmallows skewered onto a cocktail pick.
Enjoy.
