Balsamic Fruit Salad

Happy 4th of July!  This Balsamic Fruit Salad is a super easy side dish for your holiday celebrations and takes very little time to throw together.

A platter of Balsamic Fruit Salad consisting of star shaped watermelon slices, fresh blueberries, feta cheese, and drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh mint. A great 4th of July side dish.

Sweet, juicy watermelon and blueberries go so well with the salty feta cheese.  The balsamic glaze adds a tangy and savory note that is surprisingly delicious.

I like to serve this salad on a platter because I used a larger star cookie cutter, but you could certainly use a bowl and toss the ingredients together.
