My favorite meal when I am craving something healthy is a cool Israeli Salad, Lemon Garlic Roasted Swordfish, this luscious garlic chive mashed cauliflower, and Sauteed Green Peas. the meal is so healthy, that I am just fine with a little Fresh Watermelon Sherbet for dessert.
If you’re wondering if this dish REALLY tastes like mashed potatoes, my answer is no. No. Mashed cauliflower will never taste like mashed potatoes. But, it’s a delicious, healthier swap. It’s still creamy, savory, and comforting, but a lot fewer calories, carbs, and fat. If you go in with appropriate expectations, you won’t be disappointed. Heck, you might even be pleasantly surprised!
