2 ½ cups chopped, peeled, very ripe, peaches (about 4 medium peaches)
2 cups heavy cream, ice cold
1 can (14-ounces) sweetened condensed milk, ice cold
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
Place the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor. Process until a thick puree is reached. Set aside.
