Description

Sweet Georgia Peach Ice Cream is a no-churn, decadent treat that’s made with only six ingredients. Nothing screams summer like a dish of homemade peach ice cream. So hit your farmer’s market, pick up some Georgia peaches, and make your family this delicious dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ½ cups chopped, peeled, very ripe, peaches (about 4 medium peaches)

2 cups heavy cream, ice cold

1 can (14-ounces) sweetened condensed milk, ice cold

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

Place the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor. Process until a thick puree is reached.  Set aside.

In the large bowl of an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Use a spatula to fold the sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla, and almond extract into the whipped cream until well combined.

Carefully fold in the peaches.

Spoon the mixture into a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap.

Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Scoop out the ice cream and serve.
