2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 slices whole grain bread, very lightly toasted
2 cups leftover turkey
¼ cup leftover gravy
½ cup leftover stuffing
½ cup leftover cranberry sauce
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and mustard together.
Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Set aside.
On a microwave-safe plate, add the turkey and spoon the gravy on top.
Add the stuffing to the plate, cover it with plastic wrap, and microwave on half power for 1-2 minutes or until just warmed through.
Layer the turkey on two slices of bread.
Top with the stuffing and cranberry sauce.
Place the remaining bread slices on top and gently press down.
Slice in half diagonally and enjoy.
