Caramel Apple Mimosas are easy and delicious cocktails that are perfect for Thanksgiving brunch. I love caramel apple cocktails and these mimosas are the sweet treat that you need to be sipping on cool Fall weekends!
Mimosas are typically made with champagne and orange juice. Why not embrace the season and the wonderful Fall flavors by using apple cider instead of orange juice? Throw in a bit of Caramel flavored vodka and now you have the ultimate Thanksgiving mimosa.
Especially this year when we’re paring down our Thanksgiving celebrations and going small, you can indulge a bit and start celebrating at brunch! Why not?
The best part of mimosas is that they are incredibly easy to make. For this one, you only need three:
Also, make sure that you chill all the ingredients beforehand. You don’t want ice to water down your cocktail.
My rule of thumb is to always use a type or brand that you enjoy drinking on its own. I prefer using a dry prosecco for this cocktail because both the cider and caramel-flavored vodka are sweet. Using a sweet prosecco on top of those would make the drink cloyingly sweet.
My other rule is to spend at least $10 on the bottle. Anything that’s more expensive would probably be best enjoyed on its own and anything less than $10 is a headache in the making.
