Scale

1-ounce gin (I used Tanqueray)

2-ounces Dubonnet

Lemon peel

Ice cubes

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Place a few ice cubes into a small wine glass or lowball glass.

Pour the gin and Dubonnet over the ice.

Twist the lemon zest to release the oils and sink the twisted peel into the cocktail.
