2-ounces Dubonnet
Lemon peel
Ice cubes
Instructions
Place a few ice cubes into a small wine glass or lowball glass.
Pour the gin and Dubonnet over the ice.
Twist the lemon zest to release the oils and sink the twisted peel into the cocktail.
