Looking for an easy, yet different Mardi Gras cocktail? This take on a Cuba Libre is perfect. All you need is rum, lime, and Abita King Cake Soda.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lime wedge

1 ounce white rum

4 ounces Abita King Cake Soda (can also use cream soda)

Lime slice, as garnish

Instructions

Muddle the lime wedge in a cocktail glass.

Add the white rum and smash the liquid into the muddled lime.

Add ice.

Pour in the Abita King Cake Soda and stir.

Garnish with a lime slice on the rim of the glass.
