Cardamom

Pungent and sweet, there’s more to cardamom! A great breath freshener, cardamom is also a nifty herb to soothe your upset stomach fast. High in magnesium and zinc, cardamom helps fight inflammation as well, which is why you often see the herb advertised for injury medication!
