Spinach, Chive, and Broccoli Soup

You’ll need some oil, sweet potatoes, unsweetened butter, spinach leaves, olives, chopped anchovies, low-fat Greek yogurt, bread crumbs, heavy cream, and ice cubes.
Start by adding the spinach leaves, chives, olives, ice-cubes, and some water in a blender and blend until you see a thick consistency. Sieve this sauce and add some yogurt to it. Next, beat the cream and add it to the mixture. Store this soup in the fridge and leave it to chill. Take out the soup and garnish it with some bread crumbs and chopped chives. Your soup is now ready to serve.

Use the back of a spoon or paddle to mix well. Shape this mixture into a burger patty and cook it on a grill. Sprinkle some oats on it and place them inside the bun. Voila!
